Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the process take?
For both resin and pressed preservations, the turnaround time is typically 8+ months. The process is highly detailed and cannot be rushed—but we promise, the wait is worth it.

Can I add to my order after I’ve placed it through the website?
Yes! Simply send us an email and we’d be happy to help adjust your order.

I’m not seeing what I’m looking for—do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do. Send us an email to set up a consultation, and we’ll discuss creating a custom piece tailored to your vision.

Floral preservation can be expensive. Do you offer payment plans?
At this time, we’re not able to offer payment plans.

Do you ship preserved flower pieces?
Because of how delicate and valuable these pieces are, I don’t ship them. Instead, I prefer hand delivery by Petal Pop or pickup by the client. This ensures your piece arrives safely, without the risk of damage during transit.

Will my flowers last forever?
No preservation method can stop nature completely. Over time, flowers will gradually shift in color and tone. With the protective steps we take, however, your piece can last for decades and remain a beautiful keepsake.

How long do preserved flowers last?
With proper care, preserved flowers can be enjoyed for many years. Most clients see their pieces looking vibrant for 10–15 years or more, with gradual softening and aging over time.

Can you keep my flowers from fading?
We can’t prevent all fading, but we do a lot to slow it down. From UV-protective glass and resin to optional color correction, every step is designed to preserve beauty as long as possible.

What can I do to help my flowers last longer?
Display them out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources, and handle them as little as possible. These small steps make a big difference in how your piece ages.

Will my flowers look exactly the same as the day of my event?
Not exactly. Drying and preservation naturally soften and shift colors. Our goal isn’t to freeze your flowers in time, but to honor their original essence and help them age gracefully while telling your story.
